If you’ve never ordered wine, beer or spirits online, why give it a try with us? At Color de Vino, we go out of our way to make your online buying experience easy and fun.
The fun part of buying wine, of course, is the search. And you’ve come to the right place! At Color de Vino, we’re extremely proud of our curated selection, including many organic wines, orange wines and rare wines, as well as one-of-a-kind craft beers and excellent spirits.
Here’s the easy part: ever since we launched our delivery service in 2016, no matter where you are in Alberta, you can select from our expansive online inventory and get wine, beer or spirits delivered right to your door.
It’s literally as easy as one, two, three:
1. Select your wines online
2. Complete our online payment information
3. Choose delivery to-your-door or in-store pick up (if you live in Edmonton or if you’re coming here for a visit).
If you’re a first-timer, we know you probably have a few more questions about ordering wine online, though. To make your shopping experience easier, we’ve compiled a few questions our customers have had… and we believe you’ll like the answers!
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer FREE in store pickup, or Canada Post Expedited for under $10.
Q: What about ordering wine in the winter? Is there a risk of it freezing?
A: You can definitely order wine in winter! (This is Alberta. We find a way around the cold!) One quick note, though: this will increase your shipping cost a little, because we need to use a heated courier.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Depending on your location, shipping can take up to a full week, but is generally sooner, particularly within Edmonton.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes, if it is not being delivered by us. If Color de Vino is delivering, we will contact you directly to confirm a delivery time. Make sure you’re home at the time so we can ID you. Only one delivery attempt will be made.
Q: What if I am not home to accept my order?
A: Canada Post will let you know where and when to pick up your order.
Q: Do you offer returns or exchanges?
A: If the wrong product is provided (i.e., wrong vintage), we are more than happy to take product back. Corked bottles can be exchanged too.
Q: What happens if my order is damaged?
A: If this ever happens, we would provide store credit.
Q: What if I need help selecting my wines online?

Q: Can I join your clubs online?
A: The more the merrier. Translation: yes.
Q: Can I sign up for your events online?
A: Yes. In fact, why not do it right now?
Q: Do you only deliver in Alberta?
A: The most current answer is “yes”. However, stay tuned: the legislation around this may change in the next few months, allowing us to deliver anywhere in Canada.
