In the north of Burgundy, very close to Chablis, Vézelay produces only white. This small appellation was raised to the rank of villages in 2017.
Notes of pear and flowers with a crisp palate touched with saline followed by roundness and a long weave of spices.

The finesse and tension are not masked by too much aging in oak barrels, because only a quarter of the cuvée has remained in barrels.

Good choice to accompany a maple pork tenderloin.
