Cabriz is one of the most famous companies in Dão, a Portuguese region with a surprising pleasure-price ratio that deserves to be known. This cuvée displays a nice attack on peach and tangerine notes, which gives it both a digestible and charming aspect. A short aging in French oak barrels with btonnage (stirring) make for a round texture full of personality. A great find!
