The estate uses natural yeast, 20-30% whole cluster berries, and large barrels, which allow the wine to see the perfect balance between fruits and oak. Energetic floral aromas followed by complex flavors of red and blue fruits, lavender, spices, and minerals.
Pairing: schnitzel, bratwurst, spicey dishes, roast chicken
