Join us for a new tasting series! Each month we will explore a white grape varietal & red grape varietal in a fun and educational sit down.
Whether you’re just beginning your wine journey or looking to deepen your understanding, this monthly series is designed to broaden your palate and sharpen your tasting skills. Each month, we’ll spotlight one classic white grape and one iconic red, diving into what makes each varietal unique and expressive.
We’ll explore their hallmark tasting notes—from primary fruit aromas to subtle secondary and tertiary characteristics—along with the regions where they thrive and the climates that shape their personalities. You’ll also learn about key winemaking techniques that influence style and texture, from fermentation choices to oak aging, as well as insights into aging potential and how these wines evolve over time in the cellar. To round things out, we’ll highlight complementary food pairings that bring out the best in each glass.
