The most planted varietal in Ribeira Sacra as it loves the wet and cooler climate of the region. A delicious wine that’s fresh with finesse. Aromatic with notejjs of fresh picked red berries, savoury spices, dark violets, graphite and the spice that Mencia brings to the table. A wonderful introduction to the red grape of Galacia.
