One of the oldest Burgundy wine houses founded in 1849 in Savigny-lès-Beaune a few kilometers from Beaune, in addition to his activity as a winegrower and merchant, was also Foreign Trade Advisor for France. Characterized by its finesse and a rather elegant style with notes of black fruit (blackberry, blackcurrant).
On the palate, this wine has fine tannins and an elegant finish. To drink young or to keep 3-4 years.
Enjoy with roasted or grilled poultry, sausages, rich fish dishes or most cheeses.
