Winery notes:

Aging: It is aged for six months in French and American oak barrels to create a rounded and pleasant wine, while also providing light balsamic nuances.

Tasting notes
Colour: intense cherry red, covered and with a beautiful purple rim.

Nose: frank, powerful and fresh, very fruity with notes of spices and balsamic.

Palate: Round, oily and easy-going, where its high concentration of fresh fruit is once again evident, leaving a pleasant hint of liquorice at the end.

Pairing: Very pleasant with pasta, lots of vegetables, mild cheeses and most tapas or pintxos.
