ARRAYAN ESTELA DE ARRAYAN

Grapes: 55% Syrah, 20% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Verdot
Place: Mentrida, Spain

Aromatic and loaded with flavours of ripe black berries, plum, cherry and hints of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Nicely structured palate with plenty of body. Outstandingly elegant, long, lingering finish.

Pairings: hearty dishes, including grilled meats, roasted lamb, and rich stews. It also complements dishes such as braised short ribs, spicy sausages, and aged cheeses.

This wine was made after taking the must for Arrayán Premium. Free-run juice is allowed to drain from the pomace without any pressure being applied. Assemblage is followed by a 17-month maturation period in new French oak casks.
