Aromatic and loaded with flavours of ripe black berries, plum, cherry mingled with hints of cocoa, coffee and vanilla. Nicely structured palate with plenty of body. Outstandingly elegant, long, lingering finish.

Pairings: hearty dishes, including grilled meats, roasted lamb, and rich stews. It also complements dishes such as braised short ribs, spicy sausages, and aged cheeses.
