Aura River | Wild Saison with Nectarines 8.5%

This brew was built on a rich malt bill of flaked wheat and oats, giving it a smooth, silky body with a hint of sweetness. The star ingredient was a unique lot of Nelson Sauvin hops from Freestyle Hops in New Zealand. Grown in a region with its own distinct soil and climate, these hops bring bold tropical fruit and gooseberry aromas. The result is one of the most distinctive flavour profiles we’ve ever crafted.
