Sicilian sparkling wine made with Nero d’Avola and Perricone. Ambient yeast under controlled temperature in stainless steel silos. Matured on the lees in the bottle for 3 months, the wine naturally re-ferments. Unfiltered without disgorgement. Floral, fresh, elegant with notes of strawberries.
