BELLWOODS – BRETTAL HEAD

Brettal Head is a unique, intensely fruity style of foeder aged pale ale. This beer undergoes an initial fermentation in stainless, a refermentation in oak, and then a massive dry-hop to create layers of complex brett character.

What it smells and tastes like: A hugely fruity style that balances acidity with lasting hop aromatics and expressive fruit flavour.
