BELLWOODS – MONOGAMY MOSAIC IPA

Monogamy is our ongoing series of IPAs brewed exclusively with one hop variety at a time. Ie, a delicious, controlled experiment designed to give us all a better understanding of what a hop can do when it flies solo.
What is smells like, what it tastes like: Brewed exclusively with Mosaic hops, this beer showcases notes of honeydew melon, pine and white grape.
