A popular wine at Bench 1775. The fruit for the 2022 edition was left to hang until late October, then fermented in 100% stainless steel. This wine displays classic Sauvignon Blanc characters of grass, asparagus, passion fruit and grapefruit.

Pairings: fish tacos, Thai green curry, greek salad, a seafood tower or cheese such as Gruyere and aged Gouda.
