ONE NIGHT IN SICILY

This beer is inspired by two past releases: we used the unique base wort from One Night in Dunham and fermented for 2 years in second use Marsala barrels from Sojourn in Sicily. Expect light nuttiness and cinnamon aromatics, with dried cherry and citrus peel, subtle vanilla and maple marsala flavours.
