IPA w/ Idaho 7, Citra & Simcoe • 6.2% ABV

Our latest IPA recipe is one of the best we’ve ever made: so much so, we are not sure if anything else needs to be said! Other than case closed. This brew drinks and feels light & floofy on the palate, a touch resin-y without being too dank, and hence is a perfect IPA any of the two seasons Ontario has these days!
