Made from Cinsault, Grenache and Counoise, in the traditional style with the end of fermentation allowed to finish to complete dryness in the bottle, catching the created CO2 within. With beautiful fruit aromas and flavours of strawberries and raspberries, this Pet Nat is crunchy, dry and delicious, and will disappear quickly on a summer’s day.
