This is a garagista wine… straight from a garage in NE Spain where Fernando Mora and Mario López make wines with the absolute minimum of fuss. Aromas of cherries, blackberries and black pepper on a spicy backdrop. This is an intense, fresh and fruity wine with well-balanced tannins and minerality. All their vineyards are dry-farmed, head-pruned and all the grapes hand-harvested.
Pairings: spicy meat dishes with pimentos and peppers, grilled lamb, tacos, burgers.
