BOULDER GINSKEY

Gold medal winner at the World Gin Awards for Best American Matured Gin, our Ginskey is as much about the barrel as it is the botanic build. Our approach of aging is the same as for our whiskies, using virgin American oak barrels for no less than two years to mellow and enrich the spirit.

A butterscotch undertone throughout, with a rollercoaster of botanics. The combination of botanic oils balanced with virgin Oak sugars, only to be married with the vanillans and tannins that a longer aging time can achieve.
