An excellent cuvée of vineyards, from one of the most coveted producers in Burgundy. Vines are 25 to 70 years old, organic, fermented and aged in French oak for 11 months. Beautiful notes of white fruits, apple blossoms, fresh herbs and mineral hints. A soft and smooth palate with fine acidity and a pointed, vivid texture.

Pairings: Ideal with a Mâconnais goat cheese, seafood, creamy dishes and soft cheeses.
