Taber Corn is second to none. Each summer, when word of Taber, Alberta’s first corn harvest breaks, connoisseurs converge on roadside stands to get it. It’s an easy progression why we would use Alberta’s famous Taber Corn from the Molnar Farm in our corn mash allowing you to not only eat your Taber Corn, but drink it too. At 101 proof (50.5% abv), this higher proof whisky gives a depth of flavour and aroma second to none, just like the corn it is made from!
