CABIN CHAPTER V

For Chapter 5 we’ve aged our fruity and fun Bright & Early Belgian Golden Strong Ale in a mix of apple brandy and pinot grigio barrels.
It’s fruit forward with big vinous white wine notes and complex pomme fruit esters. Balancing that tantalizing fruitiness is a full-bodied Belgian ale, which plays beautifully with moderate oak character from the barrels. Drink it now, but be sure to put at least one down to enjoy later – these beers are made to taste even better after a year or two!
