This 100% Pecorino-grape wine originates from an over thirty-year-old vine. It is harvested manually during the first ten days of September from certified organic farming. Notes of Citrus, apricot, sage, linden. High acidity, and spicy notes.

Pair with raw fish or seafood kebabs, tagliolini with clams and porcini mushrooms, bavette al pesto with potatoes and green beans, roast guinea fowl, or a nice caciotta Abruzzese.
