CARNASCIALE OTTANTADUE IGT

Light-colored with a bright cherry hue, this wine reveals aromas of cherries complemented by notes of dry herbs. On the palate, it is very fresh and vibrant, with fruit-forward flavors enhanced by lively, crisp tannins.
Fermented in cement and aged in stainless steel.
Aging
Aged 14 months in stainless steel and 6 months in bottle; un-fined and unfiltered.
