A juicy, light expression of Grenache with notes of rose petals, black cherries, dried herbs and a cool note of mossy stone. Wild ferment and 30% whole bunch contributes to the vibrancy on the palate with sour cherry, strawberry and cranberr. A touch of oak spice on the finish hints to a short time in barrel.

Pairings: spicey dishes, grilled lamb chops with a green salad, roasted poultry, game, very food friendly
