Grapes from two sites in Elgin, Aromatic with notes of green apples, flowers, limes, honey, and petrol/flinty. Vibrant palate with lemons, teensy ,apricots, and green apple. Off dry, medium- bodied, deliciously high acidity, and a medium-ish finish. Pure and polished.
