Santpere vinyes velles are three plots of Monastrell and another three plots selected from among the best in the municipality of Moixent. Red wine for ageing. The depth and natural concentration is given by its old vines. It is aged for a year, but not in wood but in concrete tanks (where it ferments) thus preserving the purity and freshness of these limestone soils
