Grape pomace is the leftover skins, seeds, and stems from the winemaking (or in this case, grape beer making) process. Traditionally, piquette is made by adding water directly to the pomace, pulling the remaining delicate flavors, aromas, and color. So of course, we had to try this method with our most versatile table beer: Chaise Longue! It’s insanely crushable with berries, citrus, and melon in every sip .
