CHAMPAGNE GOUNEL TERRE D’ANCETRES

This Premier Cru Champagne is made by a fourth-generation winegrower, Arnoud Gounel, in the heart of Montagne de Reims in Chigny les Roses. Honouring the land and the family history, this expression is made with equal parts of Pinot Meunier, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes, grown solely in the family’s vineyards. Without any sugar, the nose offers a bouquet of toasted bread, fresh lemon and floral aromas of peony and buttercup. The palate has a light oak influence and creamy notes of exotic fruits that pair well with seafood and goat cheese.
