Vineyard & Vine Age: The grapes come from a 9-hectare family estate across forty plots in the Marne Valley, planted on clay-sandy loam soils. Vines are hand-harvested and rigorously sorted.

Cellar: Grapes are pressed and fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel vats. The cuvée includes 40% reserve wine, and is bottled and aged in the cellar for several years.
