Gorgeous bourgeois vintage from the Médoc can be enjoyed now or cellared for a few years.
This important vineyard has been in the same family for several generations (1810). It owes its name to Cap Léon; Lou Cap meaning in Gascon the head, the summit, the highest point. Maximum care is taken in the cultivation and maintenance of the vineyard as well as in the winemaking. Medium bodied rustic red with notes of plum, bramble and herbs.
Pairings: braised lamb shanks, grilled sirloin and basil pesto, beef tostada
