CHATEAU FREDIGNAC LE CANON DE GOULUE

Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 25% Mabec and 25% Merlot Place: Bordeaux, France

The family estate is from Blaye, located in the north of Bordeaux. Producing red and white grapes on 20 hectares of vineyard, also managing a young olive grove and orchard. Organic since 2010. Their first natural vintage was produced in 2018.
The trilogy of grape varieties is perfectly expressed. The power of the Cabernet Sauvignon provides firm tannins and a solid structure, supported by beautiful acidity. The Malbec, meanwhile, brings depth and fruity generosity, with notes of black cherry and plum. The Merlot softens the overall effect with its velvety tannins and reveals a delicate hint of cocoa.

Pairing: Grilled or roasted red meats, as well as mature cheeses.
