CHATEAU LAFLEUR GRAND VILLAGE 2021

The 2021 Lafleur Grand Village Rouge is based predominantly on Merlot and a lower percentage of Cabernet Franc from the upper plateau of the right bank, more specifically, the clay-limestone soils of Mouillac and Salagnac. The Grand Village Rouge is made from hand-harvested grapes. The grapes pass over a selection table in the winery and are then destemmed and pressed. It then ferments in traditional cement tanks and is aged for 15 months in French oak barrels, 30% of which are new.
