Traditional Bordeaux blend, grown on clay/gravelly hillsides and aged for 15 months in French oak vats and barrels. An elegant wine with a very intense aromas of red and black fruits. A round, supple, fleshy palate ripe fruits, spice and soft tannins.

Pairings: red meats like grilled beef and braised lamb shank, as well as poultry, game meats and aged hard cheese.
