The palate is seductively smooth, supported by a pleasant freshness. An intense, subtly vanilla finish, long thanks to beautiful bitter notes reminiscent of citrus zest. Ideal with blue cheeses, apricot tarte tatin, or crêpes Suzette. Aging potential: up to 10 years
