Lovely Bordeaux with pleanty of ageing potential. Smoky, rich and densely textured. It has a richly juicy character, blueberry and blackberry flavors and a dark-chocolate edge, and savouriness from the wood aging.

Pairing: classic meat dishes, veal, pork, beef, lamb, duck, game, roast chicken, roasted, braised, and grilled dishes.
