The Sauvignon Gris (long abandoned in most of Bordeaux because of its tiny yield) marks this incredible white Bordeaux with aromas of lemon oil, orange blossoms, pine needles and blanched almonds. The palate is unctuous, with flavours of green apples, quince, and Anjou pears … mingling with salinity, minerality and a long fresh finish.
