This estate was acquired in 1924 from the Salesian Brothers of Don Bosco by Pierre and Maria Damiano, the great-grandparents of Philippe, who is part of the fourth generation.

Expressive aromas of strawberry puree, white flowers and citrus and the classic Bandol full-bodied palate has notes of peach, melon and lemon with a lovely bitterness and salinity on the finish.

Pairings: Provençal and Mediterranean dishes, spicy dishes, red meat, and even desserts. Bouillabaisse, squid, escabèche, royal couscous, veal with olives.
