100% Sangiovese from Chiorri winery in Umbria – a very fresh, fruity & dry red wine with pleasant spiciness at the end. No arti?cial/chemical stabilising methods are used resulting in a light sedimentation which indicates the natural re?nement of the product and the guarantee of authenticity: that the wine in the bottle is ‘alive’.

This wine will pair well with polenta, salami, seasoned pecorino cheese, grilled meats and roast beef.
