CHIUSA GRANDE – VINOSOPHIA CERASUOLO

Many rosés in the Adriatic are simply referred to as Cerasuolo, not to be confused with the wine Cerasuolo di Vittoria, both simply meaning, Cherry. This vegan-friendly example shows lovely fresh flowers, cherry (of course), as well as light almond nuttiness. Fresh palate, with a slightly seductive mid-weight finish, fleshy but lively. Super accommodating to foods of all varieties, and of course just the simple pleasure of consuming it in the sunshine.
