A sparkling DOC wine, vinified with Lambrusco Grasparossa grapes, from vineyards that have an average age of fifty years.

In the glass it shows off a beautiful purplish-red colour. Delicate and balanced hints arrive on the nose, with a dry and quite savory taste.

It goes perfectly with typical Emilian cuisine such as tortellini, zampone, mixed boiled meats, and first and second courses based on red meat and medium-aged cheeses.
