A blend of estate-grown Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot from Arise Bench. Initial investigation into this red blend shows enticing aromas of black fruit, dark toast, and black pepper charcuterie. Subsequent random sampling reveals a rich, full-bodied red wine with dried blackberry, green plum, and briny black olives flavours.
