A small vineyard of 16 hectares entirely managed according to biodynamic principles, Domaine Schmitt is the product of the partnership between Bianka and Daniel Schmitt, located in the Rheinhessen region southwest of Frankfurt. This cuvée is a blend of 4 white grape varieties, some of which have undergone a 2-week skin contact maceration to finish in stainless steel tanks for a 9-month aging on lees. Floral and exotic fruit notes are dominant to give a finish filled with freshness and minerality. In 1 liter format, it is the ideal bottle for an aperitif with friends!
