From a blend of two mountainous Swartland vineyards planted as far back as 1979.
A sleek yet creamy Chenin with notes of apricot stones, fresh herbs, lemon thyme, lime leaves and crisp apples, mango and ripe peach. Mineral and focused, with a medium body and excellent precision. Drink or hold.

Pairings: creamy chicken or pork dishes, meatier flaky fish, and rich seafood (especially white crabmeat and lobster)
