DARROZE BIOLOGIC 4 YR

Straw yellow color. The nose is fruity (candied orange peel, dried apricot, prune, mango), spicy (fine spices, vanilla). There are also pastry flavors (honey, brioche, almond). Very fine and delicate nose. We find this finesse on the palate, thanks to light, silky tannins. Nice roundness in the mouth despite its young age. We find fruity aromas of the nose, spices. Nice length in the mouth.
