DOMAINE ROLET ARBOIS TRADITION
Grapes: 30% Pinot Noir blended with two indigenous Jura grape varieties, 40% Poulsard, and 30% Trousseau.
Place: Jura, France
A magnificent wine for those who enjoy Burgundy and Beaujolais wines. Aged in separate tanks for 12 months to preserve the character of each grape variety, then blended 3 months before bottling. Aromatic notes of rhubarb, juicy cherry, earth, with fine, firm, tea-lined tannins housing. A lovely lighter hand here.

Pairings: filet mignon, roast lamb with thyme or more simply a Comté tart.
