Grown on a plateau of predominantly sandy clay on amphibolite and quartz and gneiss rocks. Aromas of white flowers lead to an elegant yet rich palate of honeyed texture and finishing with soft spice. La Louvetrie has a beautiful balance of generosity fullness and minerality.

Pairings: seafood and quite suitable with fish (salmon, fruity sea bass), sushi or sashimi
