The nose is rich and complex with intense ripe blackberries, raspberries, mingled with subtle violet notes — laced with dark chocolate and pink pepper notes.
This is a juicy, vibrant red that’s full-flavoured, medium-bodied with dark plum, cherry, earthy, floral, (violets) and savoury notes on the palate. Tannins are structured and velvety.
Perfect with burgers from the grill, lamb chops and BBQ ribs.
