ELEONORE MOREAU CHABLIS

After a rather discreet first nose, our Chablis turns out to be a straight, tight and structured wine, always with a powerful minerality. A nice finish on the palate completes its aromas. It will sometimes be necessary to be patient to fully appreciate its flavors, to let it round and soften, but the result is worth it! It will go perfectly with white fish, poultry and particularly dishes based on puff pastry and mushroom
