A family favourite at Color de Vino. Fermented in concrete and neutral wood casks, this organic, natural, low/no sulfur wine is lovely. Loads of ripe, earthy red fruit, florals, spice, dusty tannins and fresh acidity, very approachable wine. It’s also very versatile with food.

Pairing: prosciutto-arugula pizza, charcuterie and grilled meats, conversation
